Material
- Steel Skins Hot-dipped S220GD + ZA zinc/aluminum coated metal to British Standard BS EN 10326:2004 (Continuously hot-dip coated strip sheet of structural steels).
- Coatings Internal Application,
- Polyester : foodsafe coating with 25 micron thick standard organic coating. Not recommended for prolonged contact with moist or wet food.
- Foodsafe laminate : 120 micron thick chemically inert polymer film bonded to steel suitable for cold and chill stores, food processing and other hygienic applications, safe for continuous contact with foods.
- Standard Liner : Bright white polyester.
- Standard Color : White RAL 9010.
- Cores Eco-safe environmentally sustainable PIR Insulation, non deletious with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (zero ODP). Resistant to mould, fungi, mildew and vermin. No use of urea formaldehyde in the manufacturing process
- Join system Tongue and groove interfit achieves excellent thermal performance. Panel side join can accommodate vapour or hygiene safe seals.

- Usage Cold or chill stores, food, processing, chemical and pharmacy preparation applications with internal temp. Range from -50 to +60C.
- Dimension Standard width 1000mm to 1200mm, length up to 6000mm depends on thickness. Available thickness are 75, 100, 150, and 200mm
